"I have has State Farm insurance for about 36 years. I have never had any issues with the service, except for 1. My son when, he was younger, got himself into some trouble and lost his license. Due to that, he was excluded as a driver on my policy. For approximately 16 years this remained in effect.
Last week I went to the office to have this matter taken care of.
I felt that 16 years was long enough to be excluded!
Within a week, they were able to have him taken off the excluded list!
